About us:

The Freebit-H1 is the first in a series of ergonomically adapted products by the Norwegian company Metafax AS. Metafax specializes in technologies related to the production and development of wireless products in collaboration with strategic partners in Scandinavia and South Korea.

The Freebit brand name is the first brand name marketed by Metafax, and will represent its world wide targeting of the “handsfree” market. Metafax has an ambition of worldwide distribution of its Freebit line-up within 2 years.

The Freebit story:

Since the end of the 90es it is little short of remarkable the way that the patented ergo-mechanics and harmonious exterior finish have prevailed virtually untouched in the passing of these years, maintaining that the balance of Yin & Yang is a key to the product. The objective when bringing the product to mass production was to maintain the discretion and harmony of the physical form already achieved in the early stages of the product development.

The FreeBit® must be able to be worn without interfering with a person’s natural radiance of personality. In this way, the FreeBit® could meet the ultimate challenge of taking part in the unique expression of any person by saying; “I want to adapt neutrally to your identity by offering you the sign of harmony”

The final structure allows the FreeBit® to fit snugly within the inner part of the outer ear without clamping the ear or blocking the passage between the ear canal and the user’s surroundings.
